Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services utilizing various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to effectively address client concerns.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills, maintaining accurate documentation and timely client records.
