Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to address the unique needs and challenges faced by clients.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, behavioral, and social needs.

• Collaborate in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that include specific goals, interventions, and follow-up strategies.

• Work cohesively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals, rehabilitation specialists, and support staff to deliver an integrated treatment experience.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client progress and interventions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, utilizing strong de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety and wellbeing.

• Engage in ongoing team meetings, training sessions, and pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients battling mental health conditions and those in the recovery process from substance use. The diverse backgrounds of our clients necessitate a tailored approach that addresses both their psychological and social well-being. You will empower clients to develop coping strategies, improve their social functioning, and reinforce supportive networks necessary for long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington is required.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health, preferably within a substance use or rehabilitation setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care and an understanding of evidence-based mental health practices.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively document client interactions and treatment progress.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus; bilingual abilities are welcomed.
