Director of TikTok Shop Brand Growth & Strategy
Pattern
Pattern is seeking a Director of TikTok Shop - Brand Management to lead the marketplace strategy, grow a high-performing team, and drive revenue for a portfolio of brands. The role requires MBA, 8–10+ years in ecommerce, and deep TikTok Shop expertise.
The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Lehi, Utah, reporting to the VP of Social Commerce, and involves cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape Pattern Creators roadmap.
