Executive Administrative Assistant - Senior Leadership
New York, NY (In-Office | Must be local)
$35/hour + OT (approximately $72,800 annually based on 40 hours/week)
We're partnering with a premier global financial services organization to hire an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant . This role provides floating support to senior leaders across multiple teams, making it a great fit for someone who is adaptable, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support across multiple business teams.
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across time zones.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
Process expense reports and maintain accurate records.
Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and virtual calls.
Prepare documents, presentations, and other administrative materials.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Assist with additional administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
Experience in financial services, professional services, legal, consulting, or another corporate environment preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms.
Experience with travel and expense systems such as Concur is a plus.
