Seasonal Administrative Assistant
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing essential administrative support for department staff, the full-time Seasonal Administrative Assistant will manage phone coverage, process invoices, and compile reports while working remotely for a 6-month assignment. Key responsibilities Handle phone coverage and manage communication with internal and external resources Process affiliate invoices to ensure timely payments Gather and compile data from various systems into reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in office practices or business administration preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a medium to large corporation Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
