What You'll Do

You'll help keep the office running efficiently by supporting daily administrative tasks, including:

Answering phone calls and assisting customers
Greeting visitors and drivers
Entering and managing ticket records
Filing and organizing office documents
Sending emails and correspondence
Ordering and managing office supplies
Sorting and distributing mail
Helping maintain an organized office environment

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

✓ Organized and detail-oriented
✓ Comfortable speaking with customers and team members
✓ Able to multitask in a busy office environment
✓ Reliable and team-oriented

Basic Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally

Preferred

Previous office or administrative experience
Experience in agriculture or working with farmers
