Full-Time Business Development VP Mortgage Operations As our operations leader, you will master current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive company-wide process improvements for distributed teams. you will hire, train, and re-skill staff, ensuring metrics reflect progress toward production goals. Requirements: bachelor’s degree with 3.5 GPA, fluent english, three-plus years in operations, and on-site presence in Menlo Park/Palo Alto. Full-Time Business Development Loan Analyst As a loan analyst, you will collect and verify borrower documents, coordinate with originations and capital markets teams, and keep high-volume fix-and-flip, bridge, and construction loans on track to close.
