About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Administrative Officer, Accounting & Finance to play a pivotal role in the firm's growth and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business administration, planning, and organizational effectiveness, as well as partnering with the President to implement strategic priorities and annual operating plans. This senior leadership position demands a professional with a strong background in operations, finance, administration, or business leadership, and a preference for those with experience in professional services, consulting, engineering, aviation, infrastructure, or project-based organizations. Key responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis, monitoring various financial metrics, and strengthening project financial management and operational controls. Applicants for the Chief Administrative Officer, Accounting & Finance role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation being preferred. The role requires a candidate with significant senior-level experience, strong knowledge of financial management, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational change.
