Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients through teletherapy. Though primarily virtual, you will work within a collaborative team atmosphere, regularly connecting with colleagues. Our practice operates from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential variations based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, establishing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other appropriate strategies depending on individual circumstances.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and supportive group sessions, fostering community and addressing shared mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, being readily available to support clients during urgent mental health situations.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their care journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to all relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Stay current on the latest research and trends in mental health therapy to provide informed and relevant treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and effective treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse population.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficient computer skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
