We're looking for a passionate, servant-hearted leader to join our leadership team as a Restaurant Manager, overseeing Back-of-House (BOH) operations. What You'll Do We have openings on both our Front of House and Back of House leadership teams. We will assess your best fit and desired business area through the interview process. Back of House Leadership Lead kitchen operations with a focus on food safety, quality, and efficiency. Ensure all food is prepared according to Chick-fil-A standards. Manage inventory, food cost, waste, and product rotation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. Coach kitchen team members on procedures, equipment, and food quality. Leadership Responsibilities Train, coach, and develop team members. Build a positive, encouraging, and accountable team culture. Manage labor to meet business needs while controlling costs. Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvements. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Lead by example with integrity, humility, and a servant’s heart.
