Primary duties include receiving, pulling and issuing, packaging, and arranging transportation of products to fulfill customer requirements.Position Responsibilities:Receive all incoming shipments while ensuring quality and accuracy standards are metLabel all incoming material with the associated part number and project numberDeliver received goods to proper area of plantPack outgoing shipments in accordance with size and weight specificationsSet up small shipments through UPS and FedEx shipping programsWork with third party shipping partners to set up freight & other large shipments, as neededPicking inventory for production staging according to production ordersMaintain inventory integrity for all products being received, shipped and pickedMaintain and control all material transaction related recordsDocument and return all unused material from project builds to proper storage locationUtilize ERP systems (SAP & Epicor) for job related transactionsMonitor indirect material inventory kanban and submit requisitions for replenishmentUnderstand Lincoln Electric's EHS policy and how it relates to this jobParticipate in process improvement activitiesOther duties, responsibilities and special projects as assignedJob RequirementsEssential Skills and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentFamiliar with personal computer and business system functionsAbility to effectively communicate with employees across all levels of the organizationHighly organized and process-driven individualA commitment to company valuesCustomer focusedHighly flexible and able to adapt quicklyAbility to comfortably prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in MS Office preferredEnvironmental Health & Safety (EH&S)Understand the Company's EHS Policy and how it relates to this job.Be aware of OSHA & EPA laws and regulations as well as the Company's Plant Rules and Regulations that pertain to this job.Work in a safe and environmentally friendly manner and observe all company EHS procedures.Know that the company EHS procedures are located on the ISO drive.Immediately notify the Supervisor if there is any safety hazard, any equipment not operating correctly, or if there are any questions regarding EHS procedures.Attend required EHS trainingReporting to this position: No direct reportsPhysical demands and work environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
