The Sustainability Coordinator is the centralized resource responsible for providing high-level administrative, project support and coordination for sustainability initiatives. You will collaborate heavily with cross-functional teams nationwide engaging in communications efforts to further drive corporate sustainability initiatives. Travel as needed, approximately to attend conferences, internal meetings etc.With increasing attention from customers, senior leadership and global markets, sustainability is a key pillar of our business with ties to many different areas of the organization. This is an exciting and fast-paced role.RESPONSIBILITIESManage and improve ESG data collection processes by collaborating with internal stakeholders.Track and analyze and progress against our targets and industry.Assist with data entry, data management and reporting.Continuously improve environmental data quality and refine accounting methodologies. This includes collaborating with internal teams and vendors to collect more accurate data, and developing new methodologies, processes, and standards to drive more robust impact measurement.Update business information tools, spreadsheets, and presentations to ensure they reflect the latest information, and identify improvements to our workflow.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source, automate, and analyze data from company operations, to measure and monitor greenhouse gas emissions and other sustainability-related metrics.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1-3 years of quantitative experience in GHG accounting, corporate sustainability, environmental science, engineering or related field.Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, specifically the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), the Taskforce for Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).SKILLS & ABILITIESSkilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Attention to detail is a key component of the position.Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Candidate must be motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively autonomously and understand when to ask necessary questions.Team player and show a strong commitment to collaboration and team building.TOTAL REWARDSThis role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending and HSA accounts; paid holidays; paid time off; paid volunteer days; employee assistance program; tuition assistance; parental leave; military leave assistance; QTS scholarship for dependents; wellness program, and other company benefits.This position is Bonus eligible.In addition to a variety of benefit packages, QTS goes above and beyond for our employees:Roth and Traditional 401(k) matching contributions with immediate vestingEvery employee is bonus or commission eligibleGenerous PTO, Paid Volunteer Days Plus Floating HolidaysStock Purchase Plan (SPP)11 paid Holidays Annually/Holiday compensation when workedPet and Legal InsuranceQ-Rest Sabbatical ProgramQ-Anniversary Service Award ProgramParental LeaveMilitary Benefits PackageQTS Charitable Matching Gift ProgramQTS Scholarship for Employee DependentsQTS Crisis FundWellness ProgramTuition Reimbursement ProgramQTS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
