Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Inner Growth P.C, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately understand each student’s mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Providing a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique preferences and circumstances of your clients.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality while tracking treatment progress and outcomes.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including school staff, families, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive support to students and ensure a coordinated approach to care.

• Engaging in regular case consultation meetings and peer reviews to continually enhance the quality of therapeutic services offered.

• Educating students and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that may be beneficial.

• Staying informed of the latest advances in mental health research and integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be students within the school system who may face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social skills deficits. You'll work with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, addressing their specific needs and providing a supportive space for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience, specifically focusing on psychotherapy services within a school or outpatient mental health setting.

• A strong foundation in solution-focused therapy interventions and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
