The Bilingual Call Center Representative will serve as a vital point of contact for customers, providing efficient and courteous support in multiple languages. Working within a small team environment, this role requires strong communication skills and a dedication to resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to address inquiries and provide assistance
- Offer bilingual support to meet diverse customer language needs
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Perform follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
