Commercial Flooring Estimator

Location: Atlanta, GA
Compensation: $75,000-$90,000

A well-established and growing commercial flooring contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator to join its Atlanta team.


This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator who enjoys working on large-scale commercial flooring projects and wants to join an organization known for strong employee retention, a collaborative culture, and continued growth.


What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed estimates for large commercial flooring projects
  
  
• Review plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents
  
  
• Perform accurate material and labor takeoffs
  
  
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
  
  
• Work closely with project management and sales teams throughout the bidding process
  
  
• Identify potential scope gaps, risks, and value-engineering opportunities
  
  
• Maintain organized estimating documentation and bid records
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous commercial flooring estimating experience
  
  
• Experience estimating larger and more complex commercial projects
  
  
• Strong understanding of flooring materials, installation methods, labor, and project scope
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
• RFMS experience preferred
  
  
• Team-oriented personality and strong communication skills
