About the Practice
Small, private dental practice in Weymouth, MA, led by a single doctor who values a warm, patient-centered environment. We're looking to add an experienced front office team member to help us continue delivering excellent care and an even better patient experience.
The Position
This is a part-time front office position (2–3 days/week) with potential for growth as the practice expands. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and takes pride in being the welcoming face of the office.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments and manage patient communications
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
- Collect patient payments and discuss financial arrangements
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to ensure a positive patient experience
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a dental office setting required
- Eaglesoft experience is a plus!
- A genuine love for working with patients and creating a positive office experience
- Dependability and consistency in attendance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Confidence working independently when needed
- Comfortable with scheduling, insurance, billing, and dental terminology/procedures.
- Dental Assistants looking to transition into a front office role are also encouraged to apply — your clinical background and patient rapport are a great fit
