Position: Assembler
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products, parts, and components using hand and power tools.
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly procedures.
- Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily production and performance goals.
- Report defective materials or equipment issues to a supervisor.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
