Core Technician I

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks related to production of sterile biological pharmaceutical products in a cGMP environment
• Follow written procedures, SOPs, and work instructions with high accuracy
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Work in a cleanroom environment requiring full PPE including gowning, gloves, mask, and hood
• Identify and report deviations from established procedures or accepted practices
• Support maintenance of quality systems and manufacturing compliance standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations
• Assist in maintaining cleanroom integrity and contamination control practices
• Support training and onboarding activities during initial training period
• Help ensure smooth shift operations in a rotating 12-hour schedule
• Maintain documentation and production records accurately

Skills:

• 1–3 years of laboratory or cGMP manufacturing experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred or equivalent lab experience with high school diploma
• Experience working in cleanroom or sterile production environments is a plus
• Strong understanding of SOP-driven environments and regulatory compliance
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions precisely
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Basic understanding of biological or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and extended training schedules
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability in production settings

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred; High School Diploma with relevant lab experience acceptable
