Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Associate Support customer documentation requests including COAs, SDSs, and product statements. Create and maintain customer records and master data. Assist with order entry, order verification, and invoice reviews. Review orders for accuracy, shipping requirements, and customer specifications. Coordinate purchase order documentation and approval workflows. Monitor open orders and support resolution of order discrepancies. Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and logistics. Maintain organized electronic and physical records and assist with administrative projects. Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate Required: 3+ years of customer service, administrative, or data-entry experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred: Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred). Customer service or order management experience in a manufacturing environment.
