Customer Project Manager & FSO

Core Responsibilities Execution of Projects (30%) – Provide organizational, technical, and financial leadership for large customer projects; prepare and finalize work packages; monitor progress; present results to customers; manage milestone execution and financial forecast. Management of Quotes and Proposals (30%) – Identify strategic new business opportunities; assess customer needs and feasibility; develop project schedules and price proposals; align pricing with product managers and the commercial director. Development of Market Opportunities (20%) – Build and nurture relationships with key customers and partners; present technology capabilities; stay current with industry trends; support strategic roadmap development. Facilities Security Officer (20%) – Foster a secure and safe environment; oversee access control, detect and respond to suspicious activities; maintain compliance with security clearance requirements. Performance Indicators Budget achievement – revenue, volume, timing, and margin for managed projects. Customer satisfaction scorecard and audit ratings. Order intake and overall project success metrics. Qualifications University degree in engineering, physics, or a related field. Minimum five years of professional experience in industry or science. Extensive project‑management experience; preferred optics or space‑industry background. Strong organizational, engineering, and communication skills; team player. Fluent in English; knowledge of quality management systems. Ability to obtain or already possess a U.S. security clearance (preferred). Legal and Compliance Candidate must meet export‑compliance eligibility under ITAR and EAR.
