Director of Litigation Strategy & Governance

- Oversee implementation of litigation optimization strategies and compliance initiatives.
- Supervise implementation of litigation strategies aligned with company goals (e.g., cost efficiency, outcome consistency).
- Provide executive-level reporting, risk escalation, and recommendations.
- Manage the Senior Manager, Litigation Oversight and Compliance.
- Oversee compliance posture, audit readiness, and remediation strategy for Staff Counsel.
- Administer and enforce litigation operations governance standards.
- Oversee policy version control and SharePoint governance.
- Oversee performance calibrations (annual and mid-year).
- Administer and ensure enterprise visibility into KPIs, metrics, and client survey results.
- Oversee technology improvement plans for litigation operations (case-handling processes, workflows, technology, and vendor management).
- Sponsor TeamConnect governance and operational enhancements.
- Administer case assignment systems, litigation budgeting, and efficiency tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Claims, internal partners, and outside counsel.
- Partner with Legal Operations and Legal Tech to lead automation and scalability initiatives.
