What You'll Do

• Lead and coach the sales team
• Drive lead conversion and appointment performance
• Desk and structure deals
• Help maximize gross and profitability
• Train and mentor developing sales staff
• Maintain accountability and sales processes

What We're Looking For
Required Experience

• Automotive sales management experience
• Strong desking and closing ability
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Proven track record of hitting sales goals
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CDJR experience preferred
• Finance experience is a major plus
• High-volume dealership experience preferred
