What You'll Do

As Sales Manager, you'll help create a high-performing culture by:

• Coaching and developing Solution Providers
• Leading daily sales meetings and training
• Driving appointment conversion and showroom performance
• Working deals and helping customers find solutions
• Monitoring performance and creating accountability
• Partnering with Finance, Service, and Executive Leadership
• Recruiting and developing future sales leaders

We're searching for a proven automotive leader with:

• Automotive sales management experience
• Strong desking and closing skills
• Excellent communication abilities

Finance experience is a plus.

Leadership ability is essential.
