Implementation Manager

Sr. Program Manager, Implementation (B2B SaaS)

Own the end-to-end client onboarding and implementation lifecycle for complex enterprise customers, ensuring successful and timely go-lives across multiple concurrent deployments. This role translates pre-sales commitments into structured delivery plans and ensures alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and technical teams.

You will design and scale implementation processes, build repeatable systems and tooling, and continuously improve how new clients and new units are rolled out. The role requires strong program management skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and integrations, and a systems-thinking mindset focused on scalability and operational excellence.

You'll also serve as a key bridge between customers and internal teams—resolving implementation risks, managing timelines, and ensuring a smooth transition from signed deal to fully live and adopted solution.
