Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical care to clients facing symptoms of severe mental illness and emotional disorders, conducting therapeutic sessions via video conferencing platforms.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment and intervention techniques to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate brief, effective, and developmentally appropriate screenings, while coordinating further assessments as required.

• Create, implement, and manage comprehensive care plans that integrate various support services, assuring consistent communication among clients, families, and other health care providers.

• Monitor and adjust treatment protocols as necessary, ensuring they remain aligned with the clients’ evolving needs and stated goals.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to case discussions and collaborating on best practices for client care.

• Assure timely documentation of client progress and outcomes to facilitate comprehensive reporting and adherence to agency standards.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating the ability to respond effectively under pressure.

• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, identifying and addressing potential risks within the therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work predominantly with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions within the detox setting. The patient population is diverse, often facing significant challenges related to social determinants of health. Qualifications\n

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
