Employee Relations Specialist

Supporting employee relations initiatives, the full-time Regional Team Member Employee Relations Specialist will conduct investigations, manage corrective actions, and provide guidance to HR operations teams, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns, including harassment and discrimination allegations, and provide recommended actions based on findings Monitor the progress of corrective actions resulting from internal investigations and advise on complex employment situations Partner with HR Operations to implement action plans from investigation trends and conduct climate assessments to enhance the overall employee experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent years of HR experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, including 4 years in employee relations and conducting complex investigations Working knowledge of US Federal and State Employment laws Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data and identify trends Proficient in MS Office or Google productivity tools
