About the Role:
We’re seeking a Freelance Sales Manager who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and skilled in full-cycle sales to help drive our client’s growth in the US market. In this role, you’ll handle both inbound and outbound sales, nurture leads, and close deals — all while enjoying the freedom and flexibility of a freelance setup with the stability of a monthly retainer.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and close inbound and outbound sales opportunities, focusing on building a strong client base in the US.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and referrals, while also handling company-provided prospects.
Present, promote, and sell products/services by understanding customer needs and aligning them with tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions that drive lead conversion.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and regular reporting of pipeline status.
Provide actionable client feedback to the team for continuous product/service improvement.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to stay competitive and relevant.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
Exceptional English communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong experience in managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Organized, goal-driven, and enthusiastic about delivering measurable results.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US-based clients (including some evenings/weekends as needed).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
