Care Coordination & Authorization Specialist

Centers Plan for Healthy Living is looking for a Utilization Management Care Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary care team in Florida. This role involves assisting with the care of members in our Managed Long Term Care program while facilitating authorization requests. Candidates should have strong communication skills and be proficient with computers. The position requires at least a high school diploma, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree. The ideal candidate will have experience in a managed care environment and be able to effectively coordinate between various medical professionals and member families. #J-18808-Ljbffr
