Administrative Coordinator [1015]

Nonprofit seeks an administrative coordinator to provide support to a busy office.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to inquiries and provide backup reception support as needed.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Collect and report data related to processes; prepare updates, correspondence, and reports for review.
- Coordinate with outside vendors.
- Provide operational and administrative support to ensure efficiency and timely completion of internal and external deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Self-starter who is flexible and collaborative.
- Ability to effectively coordinate and guide projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree.
- Previous administrative experience.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
