We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our team and help support Community West Foundation’s dedication to making a positive impact in the community. About Community West Foundation: The mission of Community West Foundation is to advance the health and well-being of our community. Guided by the teachings of Matthew 25:35-40, the Foundation supports organizations and initiatives that care for the hungry, thirsty, sick, and marginalized regardless of religious affiliation. Community West is known for its robust grantmaking, fundraising efforts, and philanthropic partnerships with Cleveland Clinic Fairview and Lutheran hospitals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person everyone can count on—whether that means welcoming a guest, coordinating a meeting, helping with an event, keeping calendars organized, or jumping in to support leadership on an important project. What You'll Be Doing Be the friendly face and voice of the foundation by greeting guests and answering and directing phone calls Keep office and conference room calendars organized and up to date Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, catering, and logistics Prepare letters, reports, presentations, forms, and other correspondence Support senior leadership with projects, deadlines, reports, and day-to-day administrative needs Help with events, registration, ticket sales, board activities, and donor relations Keep office supplies stocked and work with vendors and service providers Maintain organized office records, files, and confidential information Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks Help with special projects and whatever else is needed to keep the office running smoothly Start the day by 8:00 a.m. getting the office ready—including the important coffee and kitchen duties! What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable taking initiative. You should be able to juggle multiple priorities, make good decisions, and keep things moving even when the day gets busy. You should also have: Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to work independently and make sound decisions A positive, service-minded attitude Why This Opportunity?
