Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying their strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)—to assist clients in their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to develop and implement individualized care plans that align with patients’ treatment goals.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and medication management to foster understanding and involvement in the recovery process.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities to promote mental well-being and resilient coping strategies.

• Develop and monitor treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team while being sensitive to patients' preferences and establishing clear communication channels.
