We are partnering with a well-established organization in the Arlington, VA area to identify a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment. This role offers an opportunity to support a fast-paced team environment, with a focus on executive-level support, and has the potential for extension based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
- Support executives with day-to-day needs, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings and priorities
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Assist with meeting coordination, including preparation of materials and follow-up
- Support data entry, reporting, and document preparation
- Coordinate office logistics such as supplies, mail distribution, and vendor communication
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Prior experience supporting executives or senior leadership
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
