Responsibilities Design compelling graphics for webpages, blogs, emails, ads, and social media Create and edit short videos and motion graphics Collaborate across teams to translate campaign concepts into visually effective materials Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro A portfolio showcasing creative digital design for marketing or advocacy Exceptional attention to detail Sharp eye for clean, bold, and persuasive visuals Demonstrated interest in public policy, animal advocacy, pro‑liberty causes, transparency and accountability in government, and/or politics Experience with Microsoft Office applications Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment Compensation This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home, salaried position with benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, and paid vacation and holidays.
