Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Program (IEP) process
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet each student’s unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored for each student
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation skills
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and review
