Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate therapy services to individuals, couples, groups, and families dealing with diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base ranges from children and adolescents to adults and families. We specialize in treating clients who are navigating significant life transitions, distressing emotions, and past traumas. By employing various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, you will offer comprehensive support tailored to each client's unique situation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, valid, and unrestricted licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients.

• Ability to work autonomously while also being an effective team player.

• Familiarity with local mental health regulations and resource networks.

• Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation and an attention to detail in client record-keeping.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have experience with telehealth platforms, providing virtual counseling sessions, and engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings. Specialized training in trauma-informed care or experience in treating specific populations such as veterans or LGBTQ+ individuals will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
