Product Owner

Owning the end-to-end management of commercial insurance product lines, the full-time remote Product Owner will translate underwriting strategies and market needs into actionable product direction while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure effective product implementation and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain product requirements, priorities, and roadmap for assigned lines of business Translate underwriting strategy and market insights into clear product objectives and requirements Support new product development from concept through launch, including feasibility assessments and implementation readiness Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or a related field 7+ years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience, including 3+ years in product management or related disciplines Working knowledge of commercial P&C policy forms, rates, rules, and regulatory frameworks Experience with product governance frameworks and policy administration systems Preferred credentials include CPCU, ARM, AU, or relevant Agile/SAFe Product Owner certification
