Cancellation Policy:

• Post-Start Cancellation - Subcontractor shall provide (14) days written notice of any cancellation or pay for (1) week of service at the regular hourly bill rate.
• Call-Offs or Tardy (In-Shift Cancellation) - If a Candidate calls off a shift less than (2) hours before the scheduled start of the shift or is more than (30) minutes late then pay for (2) hours of service per the bill rate.
• No Show - If a Candidate is a no show and does not call, or otherwise provide notice, to Client, then Subcontractor shall pay an amount equal to (50%) of the hours scheduled (or confirmed) for that shift at regular bill rate.
