Roles we fill

Application Developer / Application Support — .NET, Java, agency apps; SQL; Power Platform; integrations.

Business Analyst (BA1–BA5) — requirements, process mapping, BRD/FRD, user stories, UAT, stakeholder facilitation.

CADD/GIS Administrator — Esri/ArcGIS or CADD support (DOT and similar agencies)

Database Administrator / Data roles — SQL Server, Oracle, backups, performance, scripting; Data Architect for larger efforts.

IT Architect / Functional Architect — application or infrastructure design, standards, solution options.

IT Business System Analyst — requirements, business processes, system configuration, UAT.

IT Consultant — advisory, solution design, process improvement.

IT Security Analyst — risk analysis, security policy, SIEM/SOC, vulnerabilities, incidents.

IT Security Specialist — security engineering, IAM, firewalls, hardening, controls .

Network Engineer Tier 3 — Cisco routing/switching, firewalls, VPN, wireless, LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP.

Project Manager / Program Manager — project plans, RAID, schedules, status reporting, PMO governance, vendor coordination.

Product Specialist — configure, upgrade, and support a specific State/COTS product; train users; work with vendors.

Quality Assurance / Tester — test plans, UAT, defect tracking, regression.

Systems Administrator (Tier 2–5) — Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, Entra ID, M365, Intune/SCCM, VMware/Hyper-V, patching, backup.

Technical Specialist — senior expert in a named technology (e.g. SharePoint, SAP, ServiceNow): design, build, standards.

Technical Writer — SOPs, system docs, training materials.

What you will do
Work on State of Ohio agency IT projects under OH ITSA. Duties vary by req: support, administration, implementation, analysis, or project delivery.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen
• IT experience in one of the skill areas above.
• Able to pass a State of Ohio background check.
• Available for onsite, hybrid, or remote work as the req requires
