Night shift opportunities are available. The role requires a minimum of one year of experience. Candidates with only one year of experience will need manager review for consideration. Certifications in BLS and ACLS are required. The nurse will be responsible for managing various patient care tasks. Key skills include arterial line management and interpretation of arterial blood gases. The nurse will handle blood product administration and central line care. Additionally, experience with orthopedic and neuro surgical patients is essential. Understand and manage IV insulin and cardiac drips as part of patient care. The role involves floating to different units as needed. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is expected. All candidates must adhere to compliance and credentialing processes promptly. References will be required from professional superiors.
