This position requires a minimum of one year of nursing experience. New travelers are encouraged to apply, though all profiles will be reviewed by management. Weekend shifts will be required. The nurse will be responsible for managing patients with various conditions, including orthopedic trauma and progressive care needs. Candidates with previous charge experience are preferred. Skills required include management of dysrhythmias and administration of blood products, among others. Professional references will be required. The position involves an interdisciplinary approach to patient care, collaborating with physical therapy, respiratory services, and other support teams. We prioritize candidates with experience in similar acute care settings. All applicants are expected to complete required credentialing processes promptly.
