What We’re Looking For:

• Active SLP license obtained prior to starting
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting, preferably at the elementary level
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy services

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments
• Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to student needs
• Providing direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborating with educators and families to foster student progress
• Maintaining accurate records per district and state requirements
• Participating in IEP meetings and school-based team activities
• Contributing to professional development and growth within a supportive environment

This role is strictly in-person, allowing you to build relationships and witness student progress firsthand within the school community.
