Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics during initial client meetings to accurately determine mental health status.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, ranging from those experiencing chronic conditions, such as depression or PTSD, to acute issues requiring immediate intervention. You will also work with clients dealing with substance abuse disorders and eating disorders, providing tailored strategies conducive to their recovery and well-being. A genuine interest and ability to connect with a diverse group of individuals are essential in this role.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience that includes providing direct counseling services.

• A strong grounding in cultural competence, allowing for effective communication and rapport-building with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques that include both individual and group therapy formats.

• Exceptional crisis intervention abilities with a composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.

• Comfort and proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technology for practice management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually.
