Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager – Post-Close Acquisition Expertise (Lincolnshire, IL)

Lead post-close accounting engagements including Purchase Price Accounting, NWC true-ups, and M&A integration for privately held companies. 5–8+ years accounting experience, strong U.S. GAAP/ASC 606 knowledge, and experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar platforms required.
