The Supported Living Group (SLG) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Program Manager to oversee our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver, PCA Waiver, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) services in Connecticut.As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing community-based, person-centered support services.
