We have an immediate opening for an Apartment Maintenance Technician who brings true craftsmanship, professionalism, and a can-do attitude to the team.We're looking for someone who doesn't just do maintenance, but takes pride in doing things right the first time. Someone who shows up ready to solve problems, support residents, and be the steady, dependable force that keeps the community running smoothly.What You'll DoThis isn't a "tighten a screw and go home" type of role. You'll be hands-on across the property, handling:Service requests with confidence and timelinessMake-readies and apartment turns that look so good people will wonder if you have a magic wandDrywall repair, painting, and general interior touch-upsBasic electrical and plumbing fixes that keep things hummingGrounds and exterior upkeep that residents appreciate more than they sayYou'll also be part of a shared on-call rotation and work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.What You BringA valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and insuranceThree years of apartment maintenance experience (minimum)Strong communication skills and professionalism—yes, even when things get hecticHVAC and CPO certifications are great bonuses, but not deal-breakersWhy You'll Love Working HerePedcor Homes offers more than just a job.
