Assembly Associate - 4-Day Workweek!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

Position Overview

OpSource Staffing is hiring Assembly Associates to help build compact track loader equipment. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and working in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components and equipment according to specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and basic engineering drawings.
Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
Test assembled equipment and make adjustments as needed.
Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized workstation.
Track production activity and monitor parts inventory.
Learn multiple assembly stations and assist with production needs.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools preferred.
Previous assembly, manufacturing, automotive, or mechanical experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to safely operate tools and machinery.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
