Description:

• Requires problem-solving skills, experience in SQL development, and excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, business partners, and IT partners.

• Responsible for the lifecycle of reporting from requirement gathering to SQL development and support.

• Perform IT business consulting activities, serving as the primary interface between business groups and IT.

• Responsible for understanding the work processes of assigned business groups to meet business needs.

• Provide technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development, implementation, and system support; work with programmers to explain solutions.

• Responsible for customer satisfaction, communications, analysis, problem resolution, testing, solution development, and adherence to service level agreements.

• Participate in project implementations to understand impacts on assigned business groups.

• Work with assigned business areas on regular prioritization and planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or 4 years of relevant business experience in lieu of a degree.

• 1-3 years of related experience in business and/or IT systems analysis or support.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL development, support, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with customers, IT management, and teammates.

• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements.
