Director of Growth & Client Services

Director of Growth & Client Services | Middle Tennessee | Full-Time | Leadership Role | Healthcare Operations Matriarch Home Care Concierge is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven leader to help build one of Middle Tennessee's premier concierge care organizations. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, building partnerships, advocating for clients, and helping a growing company create something special. Initially, approximately 60-80% of the role will focus on business growth, community partnerships, referral development, and converting inquiries into clients. As Matriarch grows, this position will evolve into a senior operational leadership role with responsibility for managing teams, overseeing service delivery, and helping shape the future of the organization. What You'll Do Growth & Community Development Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, attorneys, financial planners, and community organizations. Represent Matriarch at networking events, community meetings, and industry functions. Develop strategic partnerships that generate qualified client referrals. Follow up consistently with prospects and referral partners. Help position Matriarch as the trusted resource for aging adults and their families. Client Experience Meet with prospective clients and families. Conduct consultations and help families navigate care decisions. Create an exceptional concierge-level experience from first contact through service delivery. Serve as an advocate and trusted advisor during challenging transitions. Leadership & Operations Assist with staffing coordination, service implementation, and quality oversight. Collaborate on policies, procedures, and operational improvements. Support recruitment efforts as the organization grows. Eventually hire, train, and manage a dedicated business development representative. Transition into increased operational leadership responsibilities as census and services expand. Who You Are Natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Comfortable networking and developing business opportunities. Highly organized with excellent follow-through. Strong communicator who inspires confidence and trust. Passionate about serving seniors and their families. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a startup environment. Able to balance growth initiatives with operational responsibilities. Preferred Experience Home care, hospice, home health, senior living, healthcare sales, or care management experience. Business development or community outreach experience. Leadership or management experience. Private-pay healthcare experience preferred. Experience working with high-touch or concierge-style service models is a plus.
