About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP, Chief Financial Officer, North America. This strategic role is pivotal in driving alignment across the finance organization and key enterprise stakeholders, managing critical strategic initiatives, and ensuring the CFO remains focused on the organization's highest priorities. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and results-driven individual with the ability to operate with a high degree of urgency in complex, fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include partnering with the CFO to define and communicate the finance organization's vision and strategy, supporting enterprise planning processes, and monitoring progress against key objectives. The role also involves serving as a trusted advisor, preparing executive-level materials, and leading the preparation of finance leadership meetings and stakeholder engagements. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a proven track record of influencing and partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed environment. Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and business strategy are essential. The ideal candidate will have advanced organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to create clarity in ambiguity and lead cross-functional initiatives. The role requires a high level of collaboration, the ability to foster effective decision-making, and experience in project management, particularly in leading special ad hoc projects.
