As Temporary Event Staff, you will help maintain day-to-day operations and enhance visitor experiences. Responsibilities of the Temporary Event Staff:
- Set up/strike off the event, including taking down and folding fabric backdrops, retracting pop-up stands, folding tablecloths, and setting up and discarding puzzles.
- Assisting with the visitor experience of the event.
- Assisting the director with any additional tasks as requested.
- 1 - 2 years in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
- Dependable and flexible, available for as-needed shifts.
- Comfortable working on-site and representing the company as part of the Temporary Event team.
- Event coordination or hospitality experience.
- Friendly, upbeat personality and collaborative mindset.
- Quick to adapt and take initiative as a member of the Temporary Event staff.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Competitive hourly pay.
